Ran at 6:30 with Deb and Hobbes. 22 degrees out. I wore my fleece jacket and alaska gloves and stayed warm. She hasn't run for 2 wks and I've been a slacker so we ran slow. I rolled my ankle during the first mile and totally slipped but did not fall on my last mile. The sun was rising already when we started and during the 4th mile while running west (down Falcon) we saw the sun light on the west mountains. BEAUTIFUL. There was some pink and purple too. I ran her home around mile 5 and ran another mile. It was an up, down, up, flat run.

Made german pancakes, bacon, fruit and oj for the family breakfast this holiday. I'm trying to be good so I ate dave's killer toast, with some pb and apple.

HAPPY HOLIDAY!

Wow good job! I'm doing the exact opposite of all of that. I don't feel good today so I don't know. Still debating on going on a short run. My head hurts so I don't know if I will. But you might have inspired me. I can't decide.

wow, you gave up a lot of good breakfsat stuff to 'be good'! Not sure I would do that!! Nice work on the run and not killing yourself falling.

RAD I did eat a piece of bacon and had some fruit. I don't usually eat the german pancakes cause one pan doesn't make enough to feed them all. They fight over who gets the last piece so... of course...I give it up. My problem is I still ate 2 oreos and some chocolate later in the day. I didn't even want the oreos but some anger or stressed feeling overcame me and I went for them. Ugh!

From Stacie on Mon, Feb 20, 2012 at 22:01:35 from 67.166.127.0

wait...it was 3 oreos.

Well, I bet I still beat you on chocolate consumption yesterday.
