mowed the lawn really fast. it's broken and REALLY hard to push.

Then worked in the yard for at least 3 hours. Trimming, weeding, moving white trash looking stuff to the side of the house, I edged the lawn with a tool you stand on. yeah. and I swept with big brooms till my hands were raw. Still have more to do. Pioneer trek family party this Sat night.

up to albion and back. I wanted to leave sooner than  I did but after I dropped lizzie off at road testing at brighton I had to go back and get her cause the other girl didn't show. messed up my morning.

dropped lizzie off at 6:30 for road and finished cleaning the basement so Jane has a nice place to hang when she gets her wisdom teeth out tomorrow. so i didn't leave till 7:15. It took me 45 minutes and it was so hard for me. It felt really humid outside and my legs were just burning. It would be so much easier if I weighed less. Why can't I remember that when I'm eating cake. I ran around both parks, 3 big hills. My girls are downstairs watching American Ninja Warrior. I can't believe that show.

30 dumbbell shoulder presses, 16 lbs dumbbells (first and half of second round) and thne 10 lb for the rest
30 resistance band pull-ups
10 bench dip
 

I ran up the side street of newcastle and clear up and down to the buffalo and all the way down alta canyon and up past key bank and up highland and home. I shouldn't have cause my right foot hurts more than ever.  But it felt so good to run that route again.Will have to rest it next week.
