It was so nice to get out this morning. Sun was rising and the weather was nice. Unfortunately my left foot just won't quit hurting! #*!@!!! I wanna cry. I'm depressed because I was in such great shape last year at this time:( Now I'm 10 lbs heavier and injured and here comes Spring. I'm getting strict with my eating, starting today! No exceptions. I can do this! I know I can.

You can do it! I can too! I have been eating like shizzle. And it needs to stop. Beautiful day out there.

I have this hurt that is in the crease of where my butt meets my thigh and it hasn't been bugging me too badly, well the day Gage's surgery after about 7 hours we started having races in the hallways to kill time and I totally hurt it again. Felt it today when I started running but it wears off a bit as I keep going. So I feel ya. On the frustration. Its super annoying.

mine gets worse as I keep going. It's not something I can run through and this has never happened to me since I started running:( I'm thinking I need to lose 10-15 lbs while I'm not running for ???how long and get new shoes? I don't know what to do.

Go into Wasatch running and chat with them. Every time I do that they are really helpful. I'm soo sorry!!

ya I wanna go in and give them a piece of my mind for selling me the ghost 4's! But really, I feel they would care about my concern , I know they won't take back the shoe and don't even know if it's really the shoe. I think I will talk to them about my problem thanks.

You're right! We have it to look forward to and I totally am, and we have spring break before that too!!!
