9 mile pace run by myself. Decided to give it a try. I've been a real wimp with a bad attitude lately and have refused to try the pace runs with Jeff. I gave it a go this morning and I did it!!!

Did my usual 9 mile route. Here are splits:

8:56, 9:05, 9:37, 8:37, 9:47 (Eastdell hill), 8:38 (favorite mile, favorite song, flying downhill with a great view of the Jordan River temple), 8:54, 9:16, 8:29. Happy!

I just keep thinking what would I be capable of if I stopped eating crappy and dropped 10-15lbs. Eating clean is SO hard for me lately. I think I need school to start.

oh my gosh..I'm not even going to tell you about the eating binge I went on last night. I get depressed, think I'm fat and then eat more bc It pisses me off. I'm such a woman. I told myself on my run this morning to forget about it. Its in the past. Today is a new day. But seriously? Do I have the strength? I don't know. I think it will be good for school to start too. Good job on your run and your splits!
