Ran @ 6:20 with Amber, Ashley, Emma and Ashley's neighbor Lori who is getting back into running/training for SGM. Gorgeous weather! Super fun run. Nice and easy. Grateful to be healthy because I'm surrounded by sickies and people who are injured. Counting my blessings!

Congrats to my sister Ashley on her first 10 miler! She and Amber are running UV half marathon. Ashley's first half marathon ever! I might be running it with her cause Jeff has been sick and not running. Jeff was jumping in for my bil who dropped out of training. If he (my husband, Jeff) does run it, I'll be at the finish line cheering for everyone!

Nice miles at a great pace! We should hook up sometime at Porter Rockwell Trail, we love it there. I'll be a good couple hours behind the 1/2ers next week, but if you're still lingering I'll see you then!

YEAH! Thanks for the congrats! Can't believe I really ran 10 miles - still shocked! I love running with you - love your new pic too! I love my bil, but I hope you run it! Although, you'll probably go for a PR so I won't see you anyway! Finish line it is no matter what!!! Love ya!
