Left at 5:45am cause had to get Jane up for cheer.

Progression run

1 mile WU 10:40 then 10:16, 9:53 (most hilly part) 9:22, 9:15, 9:09 (flat).

It was HOT this morning. The sunrise was super cool for 5 min with the pink clouds. It doesn't last long. Main smells this morning were sewer, garbage (thurs. garbage day) and smoke from fire across the valley.

3X10 sets of handstands with planks in between @ 2:00, 1:30 and 1:00

yeah it was super hot out - and muggy! nice sunrise, and the cloud cover probably helped, though i was still soaked with sweat after 3 miles.
