Awesome 6am run with my awesome sister! It's amazing how fast this run went because I was deep in conversation. Thanks for listening to me talk and talk Ash! Congrats on your 7 miler! Beautiful morning! I LOVE being outside. I'm so grateful to be able to run and live in such a beautiful place. I'm so blessed. 

My thoughts today to those reading... think positive and LET IT GO! Just let go of whatever you're holding on to. Stop feeling any guilt about anything. YOU are an amazing person! It's a new and beautiful day. Start fresh. Be happy. Smile when you go out and make someone's day! Life is good, beautiful and wonderful!!! don't forget. thanks Ash.

I am not running Ogden. I wish I was because I loved running it last year! It's still my fastest marathon and someday I would like to qualify at Ogden. Are you running it? I think you are. Good luck!
