Was supposed to go at 6:30 with my sister but she's still recovering from jet lag and was up from 1-3am so she bagged it. I still went and stuck close to home since there were big gray clouds rolling in. It ended up not storming on me. I had a head wind heading south and legs were tired but I tried to push it at the end.

I didn't say I didn't like going downhill. It's just not what I did today.

And I wasn't running downhill on that last mile so that made it harder to speed up so I was pointing that out.
