Treadmill run this morning. Didn't feel like putting all the layers on and going out in the cold.  Watched the news and listened to music on commercials.

Did Jackie Warner Upper body workout (weights) and ab workout. Killer! amazing how much harder it gets when you increase the weights and don't modify or stop on that ab workout.

I registered for the Spectrum 10k race in St. George that's in March. Need to register for the 10 mile race that's in February (President's Day weekend). I just checked my training schedule and I just happen to have a 10 mile run that weekend so PERFECT! I'm a little neurotic about following my schedule.

BTW that last quote was from the Simpson's when Gary Coleman was on their Christmas special. I just remembered because Derunzo commented on my blog who rhymes with Funzo and that was the episode where they the focus market research group took over Springfield Elementary to design the Funzo doll.
