So how are you feeling recovery wise? Do you feel tired or anything? How are the legs? I have to ask since I didn't run it - I'm vicariously recovering through your experience.

ha! anytime! Thanks for asking. I've been more tired than usual and fall into bed quite early. My quads are still a little tight but getting better everyday. That's where I've felt it most. I've eaten more carbs than usual all week too. Weird? Pictures are up on zazoosh. There's some great scenery behind me in most of them. That is a really beautiful route. Let's do it next year and get Lysa to do it with us. you know what really helps in recovery/vicarious recovery from Ogden marathon...the Ragnar Relay! Have you ever done it? Come on...give it a try:) We still need one more runner. What do you say???!!! Now you're sorry you asked huh. sorry this is so long.

I will do Ogden with you spazzes next year. I need to do another marathon and come in under 5 freakin hours. Its all part of the experience Rusty.

No relays for this bandito. Sounds like your recovery is going smooth. I definitely will run Ogden again. Love that course!
