Workout from Train (Run) Like A Mother pg128 Strength Training Chapter-45 minutes

Tricep dips-15 reps

Step-ups-15 each side

Reach crunch-20 reps

Frog Jumps-20reps

Push ups on a bench -15 barely

Split squat- 15 reps each leg

Flutters-1 minute

Sailor sit-up-12 reps (so freakin hard!)

rotation plank-15 each side

handstand-10 holding each for 10 seconds

In between almost each of these I did 2 minutes of cardio either running on the step/jumping jacks or jumprope.

I'll be super sore tomorrow I'm sure.

Train like a mother for sure! OUCH!!! How exactly do you do a sailor sit up? And are you allowed to sailor swear while you do them?

Hold a... heavy can to help propel you forward and up if you are having a hard time getting off the ground." Ha! I had to use an 8 lb weight to propel me forward. I'm sure I looked really funny doing this.

Yes you can and you prob don't even need something to propel cause you don't weigh anything! I totally was in a frog position on my way up to standing. That's the only way I could stand up. ha!

I better keep practicing. I CAN NOT get up. I have very weak abs. VERY. Plank is about all I can do without hurting.
