4 @ 8pm. It was hot but there was a wind the first two miles that was a tad cool. Last two miles, no wind and dang HOT! Pretty sunset.

6:30am run with Jeff.  HOT, smokey (fire burning somewhere) and slow. Felt sluggish. Took my water and had 3 shot blocks during the run.

6:20am. It felt SO good out there this morning. Nice and cool. So much better than yesterday. Ran with Jeff. He was feeling sore. I sped up at the end cause I wanted to get in under 10.

5x10sec hill sprints up Falcon. Super fun!

Will run tomorrow and do long run Friday so I can get it all in before we go to Island Park.

Went alone @ 6:20am. Took it easy most the run but decided to speed up the last mile for an 8:59 AP.

Power Yoga 1-52 minutes. Tight on the right side, butt and hammie.

Ouchiemama. Haven't run 17 since the Ogden marathon. Ran with Jeff to Draper. I saw a tarantula on the Porter Rockwell trail. My daughter called my cell and I was staring at it on the path while I talked to her. Creepy. It was windy and hot out this morning!

Congrats to Jeff on his first 17 miler! He ran it faster than me.

Off to Island Park as soon as I can get us ready! Happy 24th weekend!
