Gee I felt slow this morning. Left at 6:20am. Felt warmer then I was expecting. Maybe I dressed too warm. I was fine the whole run except my hands were sweating.  My legs were really tired toward the end of the run due to tougher than usual yoga yesterday and the day before. Miles 1 and 2, steady incline up Newcaslte and continuing up a little and then down for a while until the huge hill on Eastdell. Then downhill toward home on 98th and turn toward home. Down hill to Falcon (rush of cold air here brrrrr) and then I ran up the short cut= straight up and switch backs for a minute. Legs were killing here. When I walked to the church to stretch on the bike rack I started getting really cold. The sun was rising and the moon was a sliver of a thumbnail right above the mountain. Always remember! Wherever you are...the moon is no bigger than your thumb...

Kids are screaming at me...hope this made sense.

Do NOT quote that stupid movie. So stupid. I should have gotten up and gone with you today. I'm feeling all emotional, kind of sick, and depressed and I know a run would cure it, I just can't get the drive to go do it. Now I'm going to Costco. Maybe you can motivate me into something later on. Good job on your run. You are always awesome.
