Ran both parks. too much sun cause I slept in. TUT (total uphill time) 8min 30 secs

Saw Jeff and that was nice.

Super hot and windy. It was a big mistake to not take water on this run. Left pretty early so wasn't in the sun much but I was so thirsty! Saw Lysa and Erin and it was good to see them. 

Plank x3 @ 2min, 1:30 and 1 min

Some Haddocks and Hobbys are running the Sandy City 5k/10ks tomorrow. Not me. It's my turn to watch and support.

Happy 4th! Jeff, Jane, Sydney and Cami ran races this morning. Jeff ran Sandy city 10k and the others ran the 5k. Everyone left Cami but she still ran and finished on her own. Nice job! I think this is their 2nd 5k. 

Parades, ice blocking at Flat Iron (it's tough carrying those ice blocks up that hill. I only did it twice). Tumbling class, Grocery store, bbq and fireworks! Great day!

Oh, there were a bunch of beer cans all over the street in front of my house this morning. Of course I picked them all up and disposed of them.

Awesome run with Lysa this morning! It was beautiful out at 5:15am. One moon, two stars and a cloudless sky just getting light.

My last mile was the fastest. I pushed it cause Scott and Lysa were waiting for me. 

We saw a reindeer (caribou?) on dimple dell. He was behind a fence, I guess he's a pet? He was beautiful!

Feels so good. Hurts so good. 17 miles.

Swam laps for 55 minutes this afternoon. So awesome! I love swimming. Could do it forever. I alternated between front crawl and breast stroke every 10 lengths. I was on the lane closest to the diving board. I thought about doing some flips and maybe a full back twist (to see if I still had it in me) but the line was too long when I finished :)

Treaded (is that a word?) water for 5 minutes.
