Time 1:30:55 Avg 10:06 I'm a little annoyed with anything over 10 at this point. I was a little sore today from doing Yoga Meltdown yesterday so I guess I need to do that more often.

It was surprisingly cool outside this morning. Lysa started talking about how cold it is at the top before Hobble Creek half and I keep forgetting we're running that. I can't think past our 18 mile run that's coming up for some reason. I'm excited to run it but I sure hope they don't start really late like I've heard they do. I would like to run this half faster than my last night but I don't know what my goal should be. My one and only half was 2:07:46 so I would hope to finish this in less than 2 hours. We'll see. But first things first...YAY for 19 miler on Friday (or maybe Sat)! Thinking positive and will enjoy the rest day Thurs in prep for that long run.

umm, aren't we doing an 18 miler on Friday? Why do you keep saying 19? And you will finish under two hours, you are awesome like that. I will be happy to get your old time. And you need not be annoyed your average is a bit over 10, there is no rush in a long relaxing run on a Tuesday morning..CHILL! And good job. You are intense and crazy. {in a good way} I'm okay with 19, I just need to know to mentally be ready. And yes there is a difference between 18 and 19 in my book.

Ha! Sorry. I just edited that. It's 18 people! not 19.

The biggest difference between 18 and 19 miles is roughly one mile.

thanks JD, but in the end, it's roughly one more mile.
