Been in Island Park all wk. Hiked in Yellowstone one day. No other exercise.

44:30 AP 11:08 Ran the hills at both parks. Need to get my butt back in shape. Does slow, slower and slowest and back count as interval training?

20 Wall ball shots (20lb thrusters)
10 Push-ups (a few girl in the first set. All boy after that. Just had to slow down.

Ran another mile. All running intervals. Ended my run at 7.0 for last minute. Treadmill.

The whole workout was a little less than 30 minutes.

*This means do 50 squats, 20 push-ups, 30 sit-ups, 20 lunges, then start back with 30 squats, 15 push-ups, and so on...

1000 meter run
50 Thrusters, 20 lbs total
30 pull-ups (assist as necessary) I don't have a pull up bar so I did the band in the door. Not at all the same but it does work my back and arms a little.

Then finished my workout at 2 miles. Total workout time was around 40 minutes. I need to stop sleeping in a run longer outside in the am. Jane starts back at cheer on Monday so that's when it'll happen. Holiday and One Direction concert will make for late nights this week.

It's SO hot! I've been taking the girls on bike rides every night around sunset. We saw the moon come over the mountain last night! Gorgeous!

Tues CFM WOD! 8:28.2 I finally bought a 10 lb ball and did wall ball shots outside. I love them! Did extra in the first set so I could get into the groove. Jammed my finger once.

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Wall ball shots, 10 lb ball
Butterfly sit-ups
Thrusters, 20 lbs

Ran 2 treadmill/interval miles. Someday I'll get up early to run again.

Up at 5:15 to make sure Jane was up for cheer. Went on a 3 mile run outside when she left. SO good to be outside early again but tough! I've been so lazy. I was slow. 34 minutes. Sunrise was beautiful! Nice and cool out too.

CFM WOD! JR 46, sqaut 11, push press 10, girl push up 7 and sit ups 7 for total of 81! This was my first time ever doing tabata training. It took me somewhere around 27:54.3.

Tabata Jump rope (couldn't find JR so just jumped)

Tabata Push press, 20 lbs (16 lbs for last 5)

Tabata Push-up (girl)

Tabata Butterfly sit-up

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. Write down your reps each time during your 10 second rests.

Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals.
