walked down to flat and did the 3 hills and walked home. That back hill's a killer. I wanted to get outside but didn't feel like running. I'm a wimp in the sun. Gotta get up early. 35minutes
Tried out my new pink triumphs. I ordered a 91/2 this time cause I wear a 9 in normal shoes now. Although I'm barely a 9 so I hope these 91/2 aren't too big. they felt fine on the TM. Just way more room in the toes which is good right?
.50 on treadmill then did hiit mama workout.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 squat cleans, 20 lbs
5 burpees, jumping over the bar
12 rounds
ran .50 on treadmill. sweating!!! total run was 10:35
