Up at 6am on first day of summer (well, no school) and ran 1.5 with Lizzie. Her foot was hurting so she stopped there.

I probably shouldn't have done this but felt like I had too cause I can't control my eating. What is my problem?! Now I'm facing reality and thinking I need to rest my foot cause its not getting better. i also don't want to stop and rest because Lizzie is only running cause I'm waking her up and running with her and I'm so proud of her for doing it! But my foot health is most important. I'm writing this Monday after I ran 4 miles.  So rest from now on.
